Yes, if you are on a monthly plan, there are no contracts or commitments with LawnAid. You can cancel at any time.
2. Can I upgrade from the monthly plan to the lifetime plan at any time?
Yes, you can pay a one time fee and upgrade to the lifetime plan. You will not lose any of the information, customers, invoices, etc you have entered.
3. If I use the 15 day trial will I have to re-enter any of my information when I decide to buy?
No, All of your information you enter while using the trial version will be there when you upgrade. You will not lose any of it.
4. Is my information safe?
Yes, Your information is automatically backed up twice daily and is encrypted at all times.
5. Can I download or export a copy of all of my information?
Yes, you can download a full copy of all of your business information, customers information and more at any time.
6. How do I get support for LawnAid?
You can submit a support ticket and it will be answered in less than an hour during normal business hours Mon-Fri.
7. How can I learn what each screen is used for ?
Each screen has it's own help page and video showing you how to use it.
8. I'd like to get you to add a feature. How can I do this ?
We have a "Suggest a Feature" page where you can tell us what you'd like to add to LawnAid. Users vote on features and the most popular features are added within a few days in most cases. You can see how to do this here: Suggest a new feature or idea for LawnAid
